Hey! And welcome to our class page! My name is Jessica Norton and I will be teaching Pre-K! This is my fourth year teaching; and my third year teaching Pre-k. I am so excited! I graduated from Albany State University with my BS degree in Early Childhood Education December of 2013. I am married to Joey Norton and have one son, Reese Norton.

Mrs. Annette Gautney is our paraprofessional this year. This is her third year teaching. She has her associates in Early Childhood Education. She is married to William Gautney and has two daughters, Alex and Leann, and three sons, Josh, Hunter, and Heath.

 We have so much planned for this year, we will be learning, growing, doing, and enjoying school! We cannot wait to watch your child learn and grow with us here at SCES this year! 

We will send home a newsletter every Monday that will have what we will be doing that week.

Behavior- Please sign the agenda daily so we know that you are aware of your child’s behavior.  Please encourage your child to receive a “smiley face” each day! 

Snack- Please send your child’s snack in a snack bag or sack with your child’s name written on it.

Folder- Homework and daily work will be placed in your child’s folder each day.  Daily work should be taken out every night and kept at home. 

PTO- Please sign up for PTO!

Ice Cream- PTO sells ice cream on Thursdays for $1.

Parking- Please remember to park by the fence and walk to the building in order to pick your child up in the afternoons. 

Pick Ups-If your child is a pick up, he or she must be picked up before 2:45.  If you are late, you will need to wait at the Pre-K building until we return.  No one is permitted to pick their child up from the lunchroom!
